Vegetarian / Vegan
I eat mostly vegetarian or even vegan. Since the summer of 2012, I renounce entirely on meat. Fish and eggs I eat from time to time in small quantities. The eggs I get from a work colleague from my own attitude. Furthermore, I am thrilled! Dairy products, I have largely been replaced by vegetable alternatives (soy, nut milk). Only for my beloved cheese unfortunately I have not found a good alternative…. but I mostly eat vegetables, salads, lentils, beans, tofu, fruit, etc.
Raw food
Oh yes, I love my ” green stuff ” total! Once a day, there must be a great salad. I deal with raw vegetables and fruits but also to my green smoothies or green juices. An absolute energy boost! Also, raw nut milk made from almonds or other nut varieties can be totally easy to prepare themselves. The share of raw food my diet I want to develop something in the future. I just have a feeling that she gets very good to me.
Organic and locally
I buy my food at least in organic quality, if possible, from local producers ( farm shops ). That’s in a small town with lots of land around it – thank God – yet possible. My latest acquisition is a subscription of seasonal vegetables and fruit crate once a week, fresh, free house and with surprise, because you never know which vegetables or fruit in it.;-)
